Les Éditions Délicieuses is the brainchild of Damien and Caroline. Their philosophy centres on home-made dishes, seasonal ingredients and direct relationships with producers to ensure the freshest and most delectable offerings. Their 'Food Corner' invites visitors to savour Swiss regional specialities, reimagined through traditional Swiss and French recipes. Highlights include cheeses from Le Gruyère Switzerland AOP, perfectly paired with a curated selection of Swiss wines.
